OPEN LETTER TO THE CITY BY MAYORAL CANDIDATE EMIL LAWRENCE

San Francisco residents, finally, I have had enough. My name is Emil Lawrence & I have entered the race for the Office of Mayor of San Francisco City & County (CCSF).  I am doing so because CCSF residents need one real resident as mayor.  CCSF needs input from Main Street.  At present, our city employees feed on exploding fees, citations, taxes & parking meters that morph skyward with annual salary & pension increases.  These increasing CCSF liabilities have to come to a halt. Due to recent CCSF wage & pension increases, CCSF is heading into bankruptcy.  As a CCSF resident, I am tired of being punished.

And, as a veteran of the United States Navy, I have lived in the City & County of San Francisco for 41 years, & I have had enough of these political schemes.  CCSF’s professionally groomed politicians have destroyed the middle class here.  CCSF’s public school system is collapsing due to our exiting middle class. CCSF politicians have destroyed the Civil CCSF Service System here, also.  Politicians & CCSF employees are paid fantastic sums of money, which have pushed City fees to their limits.  In CCSF, we pay City employee salaries to run for higher paid City offices.  And, by listening to these City paid politicians, one would not know that the CCSF are sliding toward insolvency.  I do not state these facts without conviction or sources.  (As mayor, I will need to terminate 6000 “white collar “employees. )

Today, CCSF accounting fraud is sanctioned by our Controller, City Attorney & also the new Lt. Governor when he was mayor.  I know, I have requested over 40 CCSF financial documents.  Our City Attorney, Dennis Herrera, a front runner for CCSF’s Mayor’s Office has refused turn these documents over .  My document requests were for “public” information.  Here in CCSF, checks & balances of City funds do not exist.  This previous mayor, Gavin Newsom made up financial numbers & the Controller & City Attorney Herrera would go with the false statements.  Do not take my word for this, I have gone on record before the Board of Supervisors on the issue, in public, & these requests are recorded on SFGTV.  We have a City Controller that  falsified CCSF’s financial status before a Civil Grand Jury in 2009, & is still employed.

My qualifications for the Mayoral post are the following:                              (A few reasons for your vote)
Exited the United States Navy with an Honorable Discharge, in San Francisco, California
A resident of San Francisco for OVER 41 years.        (New methanol & biodiesel industries/autos for real CCSF jobs)

In this quest, did not get one position.
(The CCSF Civil Service System, is a private employment club, & most CCSF employees live outside San Francisco)
I have requested over 40 financial documents from CCSF’s Controller’s Office, the City Attorney, the Director of San Francisco International Airport, DAJA-Shuttle/Port, in 2009, & most of these requests for documents are still open.
